I’m not getting prayer reminders.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Prayz in your phone’s settings, and that “Do Not Disturb” is turned off. Reminders are sent every hour from 8 AM to 10 PM.
How does Prayz Premium work?
Prayz Premium unlocks all themed prayer journeys, your personal prayer journal, and hourly reminders for your own prayer requests. Choose a monthly or annual subscription. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial (the monthly plan has no trial). You can cancel anytime.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Prayz. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. On the web: use the “Manage my subscription” button in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email us at kennyahmad@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my Prayz account.” We will permanently delete all of your data within 30 days and confirm it by email, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
